This was my first time staying in a motel, I prefer to stay in hotels or Air BNBs. After vising this motel, I will consider staying in motels in the future. The staff was friendly and proactive with our needs. They asked if we will be checking in late (after reception is closed) and managed the key handover well. The location is good, it's close to the centre of town but it's also quiet. The room was spacious enough to have two small luggage bags (the rest you can keep in your car). This motel has good housekeeping as well. This is a pet friendly motel and I was worried there will be pet hair and smell - but there wasn't. Keep up the good work Queanbeyan Motel!

This is a fabulous property. It’s exceptionally clean with fabulous amenities (kettle, toaster, Netflix, iron, hair dryer ect). It’s very close walking distance to Woolworths, Aldi and a pub for dinner. The bathroom has had a mini makeover, and they have the best shower pressure! The bed, bed linen, and room are clean and tidy with fabulous AC for Canberra summers, and Netflix to boot. We stayed with our two dogs and they were warmly welcomed in dog only friendly room. We will Definitely stay again. The owners.. are fabulous!

Motel was pet friendly and only a short flat walk to all the amenities of Queanbeyan. The room was clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the kettle that worked failed at dinner to boil water. Was replaced promptly by a brand new kettle the next morning. We had misplaced some medical tablets and I was phoned shortly after our departure they had found a packet of tablets when they were cleaning. We were pleased and returned to pick up the tablets.

Bhim, the man at reception was great! Very personable and quick to check us in. My room was spacious and very clean. The bed was huge and sooooo comfy It had all the necessary amenities (Wifi, netflix, microwave, tea, coffee, iron etc) The motel is located on the main street, 2min walk from the local pub for dinner and drinks, 2min drive to the centre of town; cafes, the plaza, banks etc. I was there overnight, and it was perfect for me

The manager is friendly and helpful. The room and the property were very clean. Loved the hot water and pressure in the shower.we were lucky to be given an upgrade to a larger room. We have stayed here before and will again as they are pet friendly. Management were very accommodating when our car didn't start and let us stay in the motel parking area while it was fixed. We were very grateful for that.
